This thread reads like the damn Weather Channel. Reminds me of comedian George Carlin:

"Weather tonight: dark. Turning partly light by morning."

Yeah that's for sure, but to get the OP's original intent back on track ... it was 42 when I left the house this morning. Full leathers, gauntlet gloves and fleece. Beautiful fall morning. No I did not see a single other bike for the entire 35 mile ride on I95. This really is a good time of the year to ride .. just sayin'.

Yet another incredible Indian Summer day. Upper 70's but high winds. Did 127 miles. Only about 6 bikes out.

Damn, are you trying to impress someone or just getting your post count up?

Ok, we're duly impressed that you can still ride, and own everything Harley builds. Your post count is already high enough to impress the new guys.

Jim - Jim -Jim. The thread was like a challenge to me. So, I will ride every day and post about it. If that bothers you don't read it. Unsubscribe or put on the ignore list. Or turn it into a money making opportunity. Start a pool of what date the weather will finally break my riding streak. You know like predicting the first snow.

You are not my mommy so I don't listen to you.

Wait! I just realized that your post count is huge and you make a negative remark about post counts which by the way are completely meaningless.

At 71 I am very comfortable at being me. I have nothing to prove to anyone nor do I need to impress anyone. I just live the life that I dreamed of and planned and prepared for. If that bothers you. So what!
