I didn't do a good job of distinguishing the bikes I was referring to. I have never heard a loud high speed, street bike(hayabusa, ninja, etc.).

I've never heard a sport bike as loud as some of the Harley's I've come across.... I think some of you need to drink your metamucil, go grab the early bird special and go to bed.
I am surprised I haven't seen any threads on how appalling Sturgis is with all of the bikers acting like fools there, can someone define hypocrisy for me please.

One kid doing a brake stand at 40mph...whoop de doo...it's his rear tire..and wallet. Or actually probably his mommie and daddies wallet gonna replace that tire.
And weaving through the rows of stand still traffic...uhm, hello McFlys...look at the bikes they're riding. Those aren't 700 lb cruisers or 800+ lb baggers. Those are 350 - 400 lb mid sized sport bikes (or some are probably stripped to less). They're like sneakers.

Gotta admit, I agree with them more than with you all.
How do you know their age or who pays for the tire?
I've seen dozens of these "kids" come to the track to improve their skills or just do a track day.
NEWSFLASH :
For most part, they are 20-30 with jobs (or do something) to afford their habits.

How do you know when you're old and wise if you've never been young and stupid? Good for them - wish I was still young and stupid. Would I have done the same when I was young? Absolutely. Would I do something similar now? Probably not - too old for that sh-t. Open my door? I'd probably pretend to have trouble moving my cage out of the way of the cops.

Has nothing to do with riding and everything to do with attempting to kill me cause you are in a snit about how I ride. Opening a door in front of an oncoming rider is potentially lethal. What kind of jerk would do that?
You can lane merge in California under 25 mph. I usually ride much slower when the freeway is backed up yet there are tweezerdicks who attempt to squash you when they see you coming.
So it boils down to this, you try to hurt me cause you think you have a right to "punish" me and I will definitely put a hurt on you in return.

Excessive? YES
but so is going out of your way to enforce traffic laws if you are not a traffic cop.
