They have a feature in this forum called the search function, you should try it out sometime... I'm sure there are plenty of other threads about doo-rags, that you didn't need to start a new one.

I never take mine off because of my lack of hair.
I have been wearing a 100% cotton bandanna but have recently been thinking of going with synthetic. Would it be worth it to switch to synthetic? Is it true my head would feel 20 degrees cooler with the synthetic ones?

Only if you you use synthetic oil in your bike(s). But then you would have to put nitrogen in the tires, syn. blinker fluid, nylon gloves and rubber underwear. And it depends on how big the ol' noggin is.
