The old pop rivet covers , those had a regular blake backing plate behind them they attached to hit up a couple old indy shops or old bike buddies somebody is bound to have one in a junk box you can make work ok they where common through the evo years .

I'm going with a retro lowrider theme on mine. going with the 3 hole derby that matches that timing (have an adapter to make that work), moving the horn to the frame, painting the electrical box black on the other side, and some minor other stuff. will look like an anni version of a 78 FXS

should be pretty easy to do. just need a bracket that will go around the frame, and I'll use the choke bracket off of a sportster since it doesn't have the horn mount.
not really sure on what bracket to get for the frame though

Any kind of heavy " P " clamp that will fit the frame tube decently like the add on cheapy foot pegs use and run a ground wire to the harness point instead of relying on the frame to ground the horn .
