Ok, here is my response.....I was at a gas station once and met 2 guys from ZZ Top....we were talking and then noticed a guy riding a Honda pulling in. Now KNOWING that ALL Honda riders are gay crotch sniffers we all ran away.
The end.
+1 lol
AND... had to gun the truck to escape the Honda rider that was trying to pace you and be cool
Back when I had a Virago, I remember working on my Mustang while the Virago was parked next to it. This was at an apartment complex and some drunk appearing skanks walked by and started admiring the Virago. Eventually they came across the word Yamaha on the engine and were like "oh, its not a Harley screw it". I don't know if they even knew it was my bike, but I was having issues working on the car and was in kind of a foul mood already. So I asked the one that said screw it, what she rode. She slured somthing and they walked off.
Now that I've had a couple Harley's since the Virago, I need to look up those drunk skanks. They'll surely be impressed now.

I remember when I started riding again and I had a Honda 750 Shadow and a guy comes up to me and says, "That's a woman's bike." My response, "Who cares?"
They weren't checking out his bike. They were looking to see what kind of Harley it was. Once they realized it wasn't a HD, they looked away in disinterest. As far as looking when he had his head turned, they were looking for shoddy workmanship. They didn't want to make eye contact in fear of you wanting to strike up a conversation about your perceived common bond. I too share this lack of interest in Asian cruisers. I like just about every other type of bike.
