Agree.
I was pointing out that Dyna can be a compromise between the 2 extremes.

Ya the bars bite , nobody make the 1 1/4" in the old configuration everything is bent for the new bikes now and have way to much pull back on them they turn my hands inward I don't like that . Going to sent a set of the old's to a place and have them made .

You'll notice mine sits high , got tired of tearing up primarys and controls dragging in corners . You can use that horsepower on the twisties now .

noticed right away that it sits tall with long shocks.
my FXD sits up like that too with air shocks. I got Works Performance cartridges for it too. It will be getting converted to dual disc FXDX forks very shortly.
my Shovel is set up like a chopper with stock squishy forks and low shocks with very little travel on purpose.
its a slow, ill handling turd, so I don't push it hard....
