My jacket is vented also but I really don't think I would be able to take the degree of heat that i felt down there. I know I feel a lot safer wearing it tho. I also wear a black ff helmet so I would be doubly cooking.

Perhaps it's an acclimatization thing. After a while you get used to the temp and it's not so bad?

I wear long sleeved shirts usually white or at least light colored, jeans, riding boots and a helmut and I take along lots of water.

I tried to make myself wear the mesh bt just couldn't do it...Long sleeve light color T's, jeans sunscreen on the exposed parts... Maybe one day i will be able to make myself wear meash but for now....I know it works and it's safe but...
The leather is put up for the year by now....The humidity here is really bad compared to the Canadian East Coast..I grew up in New Brunswick so i know.

They invented humidity here in Florida. I always wear my Olympia Motosports Viper mesh jacket when it's 80 degrees +. As long as you're moving it's almost like wearing a T-shirt.

I sweat a lot, and am dying to know what are the recommendations

Does anyone have experience with HD Perforated Leather Jacket? Is it as cool as a mesh jacket?

What about pants, what are some safe long pants to wear in hot weather?

Sounds like my riding wear, but if I'm in my cage, I wear a 1 piece Nomex suit, heat resistant gloves, a crash helmet with a HAANS restraint system. Can't be too safe you know.
