A Goldwing riding friend asked me a while back why Harley riders dress up like pirates?
Since I don't, I had to think about it for a minute. I told him that as near as I could tell, by the time Harley riders got to Walmart, the Goldwingers had cleaned them out of square dance outfits and Mexican Admiral uniforms.

A Gold Wing is a great bike, but it's totally uncool. However, back in '08, when I was in Paris, France, I saw this Winger dragging his floorboards around one of those circle intersections - that dude was *****!

2. Harley Jacket: Nope, I wear a regular leather "biker" jacket with no logos. Pirate Point: 0
3. Tattoos: Yeah, have several of them. What about Tattoos exactly makes you a pirate? I had tattoos before I ever owned a Harley. Pirate Point: 1 (I guess)
4. Riding Boots: I'm guilty of the HD boots also. Hey, I got a good deal on them at Academy!

1.5 here. I have a big mustache and I just started wearing a vest (subliminal suggestion: vests are cool)
I wear my Redwings everywhere, and they're not specifically for motorcycles. My leather jacket is just for cold weather, and its not HD. I tried a doo rag but I felt like a *** wearing it. I'll stick with my ball cap.
I was in a dealership today during a big party/band/cookout and all the pirates stared at the hottest girl in the place... walking around with her finger stuck in my belt loop. A little bit of biker gear will get you laid. Too much biker gear just attracts other pirates.

No beard, three tats forth coming (all hiddedn I'm a techer) Milliwakee boots the same make as HD. Vest. No bandana. and a ton of skulls on bike and vest. I LIKE THEM MAYTEY!!!!!!ARRRRRRRRRR. where is the rum???????????????

4. Riding Boots: yes & no. 2 pairs of HD boots, but recently purchased a pair of Wolverine hiking boots that are now my favorite. 1/2 point
