I'd talk first to see if he gets off my case and not have to worry about my bike getting vandalized. If that doesn't work - then plan B works for me.

WOW!! What an ***! I am with MATUCHI on this one, knock on his door and ask why he thinks it is you and that you feel bad that he has got an issue. AS far as getting stuff to catch him in the act; Really I cant see going out and spending money on cathcing the *******.
If the talk dont work go with what twisted said and give this a guy a wake up call, or move. It is not likely that you want to move, I dont want to encourage you, but some times when all else fails and there is no other opiton and you have exhausted all peaceful means of resolve, well..... Give him an old fashion Boston beat down.
Hope it does not come to that for your sake. Good luck!!

Angry NOT a veiled threat at all!

I don't think talking as gentleman is going to work with this guy - lol.
Other creative measures may be necessary.

+1 to Matuchi. Have a few rolls of quarters in a sock close by, for if he continues to run his mouth. Tell him like a man that you didn't do it. Then break his kneecap if he insists you did!

Ya'll know damn well there won't be any fighting ....
OP's first reaction was to call 5-0
2nd, was to come on here looking for advice.
since he came here, I assume, he doesn't have any buddies that will have his back in a tight spot or he'd be asking them.
welcome to the age of a "kindler", "gentler" harley rider.

Look, man up. Don't get others involved (witnesses). Have your own blanket party.
