I have one in my leather jacket, bought it cuz my 4 y/o son was looking thru a mag. with me and said "kooool daddy look at that!!" he gets a good laugh everytime he sees it...and its handy if I run into rain..GUESS THAT MAKE ME AN IDIOT FATHER WHO IS MORE PREPARED THAN THE ORIGINAL POSTER!!!

I was strolling thru a store back when my son was about 6-7 and he spotted the FUGLIEST lamp ever with wolfs on it. Knowing how much my OL missed her husky, he thought we should get for her. We did. She was a good sport.
That hideous thing was displayed proudly for about 10 years till she was able to tell him how much she hated that thing .... we all still laugh about it.

Ha! I know what you mean. My wife gets mad every year cause my kids always get me something cool. And when I take them to buy her something its always something butt-ugly. I'm gonna miss that when they get older .(she won't admit it right now, but she will too) The only time my son nailed me with one, he bought me a Sponge Bob Beanie cap. Had to wear that thing for days before he started forgetting to remind me to wear it.
