Heavy duty boots, long sleeve shirt, full finger gloves, 1/2 helmet DOT, sunglasses, jeans and at least a long sleeve. Slid out on a gravel patch last weekend and am NOT enjoying the road rash on my left arm. Leather jacket from now on for me

DOT/Snell '10 full face helmet, sunglasses (Clear shop safety glasses at night), jeans, boots and gloves 100% of the time. I have a leather jacket for cold weather, armored mesh jacket for warmer temps but end up peeling down to a t shirt when it passes the 90 deg mark.

Wanting to try a set of Kevlar armored jeans for longer rides, but the ones I've seen up close looked goofy.

No helmet if I am in state (South Carolina)...my option.....I have both a half helmet and a full helmet that I take with me when heading out of state....my sig pic shows my half helmet strapped to the seat as I was heading for the mountains that day....always wear boots with a plus for a good grip....

A full face hemet - 100% of the time. Long pants and steel toe Red Wing boots - 90% of the time.

I wear a full face modular helmet, over the ankle leather boots, full length jeans, gloves and a gortex or mesh riding jacket. I have had more road rash than I care to admit and I didn't like the healing process when I was in my twenties so I'm pretty sure that I won't like it now that I'm in my forties!!! Besides, it doesn't make sense to put gear from head to toe on my wife and kids but not myself. This is what works for me, but to each his own!

Steel toe Gore-Tex boots, Fulmer Modular helmet. Got hit in the face by a rock, will stick with full face or modular from now on.

DOT 1/2 most of the time, 3/4 some of the time, FF Modular if it's really cold and/or rainy. Always leather boots up over the ankle. There's always an exception to the rule, and that would be when I'm out in the middle of no where, sunny day, and no traffic for miles and miles. Then it might be bandana over the forehead and sunglasses. LoL
