What's the difference between a Newbie and a Poser?

To me, a newbie is somone who is new to riding (duh!), but observes, asks questions, has a bit of respect and really wants to figure out if this is something he/she wants to do long-term. A poseur is someone who comes on like Barney Fife, knows everything and is dripping with attitude for no good reason.
Everyone was a newbie at one time. Not everyone was a poseur.
