I have had tourists here in DC actually run out on the street in traffic jams and take pictures of me on my bike, so I guess that makes me a true poser....
I grew up around "real" bikers and I can honestly say that I am no biker. I'm not a poser either because I do not want to be a biker nor am I trying to pass myself off as one. I am just a guy who loves his Harley and loves to ride it weeeeeee!
I consider myself a biker. I would and do stop for any motorcyclist on the side of the road. I
do not wear a patch or belong to a club. I had my bike in the kitchen when I didn't have a garage. I work on my own bike most of the time. I also had a biker wedding and went on the bike for the honeymoon.
Bikers don't have to be 1 % ers. Just a brother when needed.
