What do you guys think is the better looking black? I like both for different reasons and in different situations. But as far as just the color for a harley what is the nicer BLACK??

i could go both ways on this. i ended up with denim black, but if they'd had a vivid black on the floor when i bought my bike, who knows?

Yea thats how i feel as well. I like both and could go either way! Its funny because i got faced with that decision when i bought my Nighttrain a couple years ago they had a vivid black and a denim black ..I ended up picking the Denim black! Whats funny is i remember it being such a hard decision but i dont know why they were both black ..Lol

 

I've got the Vivid Black. I thought I wanted denim and I was still unsure even after I got it, but the vivid is definately growing on me. I think I would have grown tired of the denim after a while, but the vivid always looks fresh. I don't know if that will make sense to anyone else or not.

There is nothing sharping looking than a shiny Black paint job.

 

for a while i would have chosen flat black hands down but now i would definitely go with vivid given the choice. Even, or maybe especially, on a blacked-out bike it looks good mixing a shinier finish of the tins with some satin or denim parts. Plus i think a pin-stripe or graphic job looks better with gloss

I like vivid black if the bike will have a lot of chrome

I like denim black if the normal "chrome stuff" is blacked out or regular aluminum
