I'm snow blind after trying to read that.. I didn't read it because that's about the umpteenth time I've seen that.
If you are worried about milk .. Drink non-processed milk it's healthier and, you can't get fat on it. The Fat cells in the milk are to large for our intestines to absorb. Only after the milk has been run through many small filters (homogenizing) that break down the larger fat cells can we then absorb the fat from milk.. The processing of milk also removes many of the good bacteria that we need to keep us healthy. More results of man screwing up , when messing with nature.
Although some instances of ecoli and other harmful bacteria has showed up in unprocessed milk.

I'm still confused as to what a real biker is. Is it someone with three patches or someone who can ride a motorcycle well? Do people like Valentino Rossi, Freddie Spencer and other great motorcycle riders have to join a 1% club to be real? Also to be considered a real biker and not a poser do you have to be a bad *** and beat the **** out of someone?
Personally I have a hard time respecting anyone who breaks the law, whether they get caught or not. Can't say I respect people who respect the values of 1% clubs either. When 25+% of your full patch members across the country are currently incarcerated and leaders from multiple chapters of your club are serving life sentences for multiple murders amongst other things it's hard to believe it's all about a free lifestyle on the road and having a good time. (referring to the HA in Canada).
