Side Rocker Question

I'm not saying i know it all but, i kinda know the basics on the patches it a big no-no if you wear a 3pp if you haven't got the ok from a dominate MC in your area.
really any patch that you haven't earned is just kinda poser-ish. but i have to ask.
i want to put a side patch on my vest that says" So. Cal" the only real reason why i want it is because mainly this is my state, I grow up here and im very proud of were im from thats it.
anyone care to put some light on this.

sooo Ya
so. after the info i got i went and got my state flag. no problems and im happy with it. it's always good to ask questions..in my sake i rather avoid a *** kicking.
