No, but you said the victims "deserved" the beatings they got, which of course, they don't. However, your admission that it's not right corrects that: this is the best thing you could have said to regain my respect, and I appreciate that. Thank you.

Now, we're allowed to have a difference of opinion on how to deal with it; it's perfectly fine for you not to want to confront an injustice you see in the world. Most people are that way. However:
  • I have gone to the middle east to help in the fight against Muslim extremists.
  • From my signature, you can see that I am in the Patriot Guard, which means I can and will stand up to Fred Phelps and his Westboro Baptist Church a**holes.
  • From my signature, you can see that I am in the American Motorcyclist Association and Coalition of Independent Riders, which means that I do stand up to politicians and bureaucrats that want to take away the rights of motorcyclists and even M/Cs!
  • From my signature, you can see that I do take an active role in my own security and in the rights of every law-abiding citizen to be secure and fight back against those who'd make us unsafe or less free.
So we just have a difference of opinion on approach on how to act when confronted with injustice. That's fine; we're allowed to differ.

But, while you're sitting back in that chair enjoying the liberties that I secure for you, you keep calling names or talking down to me. I'll keep sitting here laughing at you and calling them like I see them.

Take care, and enjoy your ride!

"One bleeding-heart type asked me in a recent interview if I did not agree that ‘violence begets violence.’ I told him that it is my earnest endeavor to see that it does. I would like very much to ensure—and in some cases I have—that any man who offers violence to his fellow citizen begets a whole lot more in return than he can enjoy." – Col. Jeff Cooper

Looks like Harleybass is one of those people who think that a woman who wears a short skirt after dark is "ok to rape" because she was "just asking for it."

That's exactly the same logic that states, "anyone who adds a San Bernardino rocker to their Wild Hogs vest patch out of local pride 'deserves' to be beaten."

And yes, that is exactly the same logic by which a Taliban a**hole says "any woman who doesn't wear a burqa 'deserves' to be beaten."

There's one word that describes all three scenarios: "psychopath." Calling me names doesn't change that. What you should be doing, if you want to be taken seriously or to earn respect, is to backpedal from that position as quickly as possible and try convincing us that you are okay with people wearing whatever they want on their vests, that you support living in a free country and after all, it's just clothing: it ain't worth fighting over.

Any further posts from you that fail to follow this strategy for earning respect will be interpreted as further confirmation that you are, in fact, an unrepentant psychopath. You are mentally ill, and a danger to everyone around you.

I wouldn't think that if it weren't for the very words of yours that I've quoted above.
I'm going to end my side of this ( crowd cheers), it has gone on too long.

I would really like to see you prove your point in person.
So, you have a personal invitation!!

Take your Wild Hogs vest , place a LOUISIANA rocker on the bottom, for good measure(optional) put a 1% patch on the lower front. Get a flight to Shreveport La., bring your lawyer and your descrete video camera. Let me know when your flight arrives. I will pick you, your lawyer and your video camera up at the airport! No charge and deliver you to the front door of Coyotes Bar in Shreveport.( don't forget your vest)

After you and your lawyer go in to explain the virtues of "Political Correctness" and personal freedoms, I'll ease around back to the patio, grab a cool one and watch the show.( WOULD NOT MISS IT)

I do have a cell with 911 on speed dial, just in case the lesson doesn't go exactly how you planned.

This is an open invitation Cowboy, come on down! For some "good ol southern hospitality"

We already know that those who will fight for our liberties are entertaining to those who are too cowardly to do so themselves. That's why we've had reporters embedded with the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hell, during the civil war, families would take picnic baskets to the tops of hills overlooking battlegrounds and make a day of it.

I guess I'm happy for you in your self-satisfied complacency. You won't even stick up for what you believe in online until you're goaded and confronted with the mental illness that underlies the violent dumb***es' actions. I wish the world was a peaceful enough place we could all be like you, and nobody would have to be like me. Until then:

Hey, junior, I already posted a bulleted list of where the action has been with me, the numerous ways I've stood up to fight for my rights and yours. Scroll up and re-read!

Or drive up to Arkansas next week. I'm riding through; you can have all your little psychotic friends waiting to see what I keep in my vest. (If you're not intelligent enough to figure that out from my signature, too.)

So DIRTY POLICE OFFICERS who don't seek the same fate as the Taliban and wild dogs should take steps to differentiate themselves from the Taliban and wild dogs in their behavior, as well. If your DEPARTMENT contributes to charity, supports its members well, and doesn't try to extend their influence beyond its membership through terrorism, then you should be very proud of it and advertise it more. That's the kind of positive press POLICE need, rather than the fear-mongering, anti-liberty sort they sometimes get here!
Fixed it based on what you mean to say - a 1%er has never thrown me in jail for two days "because they could" then let me go without charges just because they didnt like the way i looked or what i was wearing! At least we know where we stand with the Taliban - Cops who terrorize American people - or threaten them with the same fate as the Taliban or wild dogs (Death, obviously) are worse than the Taliban and your logic worked quite well for Hitler!

I do too, and I wear it freely and proudly. I'll let you know if that's okay, or whether we should do the slink-and-cut thing, after my trip through Arkansas next week, when we see whether Harleybass is going to make good on his threats.

Son, I ain't threatning ****. All I presented was an opportunity, for you to stand up to this big talk your throwing around. I also told you where you could put your plan of action, into being.

Your the one screaming, that it's not right to be told, what to wear on your vest. I giving you the chance to educate others!

Your the big , Stand up for your rights Boy, I'm simply giving you a stage for your "ME" show

I gaurantee you won't have a bottom rocker on your vest on your scenic journey thru Arkansas.

Hell, Shreveport is just a hour south of Arkansas.

I've not put this on a personal level, I am not a member of a 1% MC. So I don't have a "dog in the hunt". I just wanted to see a lesson in humility administered!

Don't be blinded by all the "Flags and Banners" that your waving. Some people don't play by your same set of rules. This is not a threat, just free advice, to a seemingly "unstreetwise" person.

I have not issued one threat, just plain old "thats how it is " facts. Your the one that has the problem with "the way it is", not me. Unfortunatly, I will be at a VFW Post ride next weekend, and will not be able to see your thriumphant and victorious march thru Arkansas!

ps I'll be wearing my vest too!

If you want to preach about freedom then go be free, if you don't like how the local MC runs its business "not that its any of YOUR business" then stay out of their business... because they are also free to do what they want, even illegal untill caught or rich. You are also Free to move the hell away from whatever area your so pissed about. I'm a Soldier, and IMO people are free to do whatever if you want to fly colors, go for it. If you want to be a little nancy with a camera and a lawyer, i hope you get hit by a cage... but your still free to go for it..
