Am I the only cry baby

Yeah, well, most cagers I know believe that the wind will somewhat "cool you off" while riding a motorcycle. What they don't get is that when you ride in over 100 degrees, then the air that hits you is also 100 degrees. How that's supposed to cool you down is beyond me. I didn't ride much last week either.

Sun out? Then we ride. Mostly weekend riders, but it did get hot the other day for the wife and damned if we didn't take a break in an air conditioned Harley store.
She got cooled off and we headed home.
Try a long sleeve shirt - when its really hot that actually seems to help.

Been ridin' in Texas all my life. This time of the year, I have to ride very early or very late, not mid day. Seems to work out OK so far.

Once you prepare for it and accept it, riding in the rain is no big deal. Unless there is an absolute torrential storm going on, I ride to work every day between April and November, and I have a 112mile round trip commute. I've gotten wet a couple of times, but hey - it's just water. As for the heat...I've never know it to be "too hot" to ride, but that's just me.

It was over 90 here today and I rode 100 miles (round trip) to go to a dealer that was having a bike night (during the day). Oh, and it rained a bit on me on the way home. So yeah...

All this is good - riding early or late - but what about when you have to ride in the afternoon - I`ve just been taking the car w/AC - I guess I`m a *****. I guess I should`nt complain - looks like MIAMI is used to it and I`d probably trade places with him if I could ride year long.
