Flip flops, swimming trunks, no helmet if I can get away with it. Don't tell anyone, I don't want anyone to think I am not "man" enough, lmfao.

I'm not riding in t-shirt put it that way
Ok I've taken the bike to work several days this week and for the UK it's hot at present (27-28c). I've been wearing draggin combats and and Alpinestars leather with summer perforations. Gloves/boots and of course a helmet here not that I'd be happy riding without one

I wear jeans and a t-shirt, preferrably a cut off, if the wife gets too hot I usually have her take her panties off, but for some reason that only makes her more hot, hahaha...

Long sleeve white t-shirt, jeans, boots, bandana around my neck soaked in water every time I top somewhere. Living in florida this is almost the oficial outfit specially riding during the day.

Not much you can do but sweat when it gets that kind of hot.The wife and I ride a lot less when it's like that for several reasons. One of them is neither of us are heat lovers, another is it's not good for the bikes especially in slow traffic. When we get caught in very hot weather,we still always cover all bare skin.Road rash is much worse to endure than any hot weather.
