I mounted a garden sprayer in the tour pak with a line that goes to the front end. I put the sprayer trigger on the handlebars. When I start getting hot I just mist myself as I go down the road. I don't look good in a speedo and this has allowed me to stay cooler and wear more clothes, so now I opt for the satin Richard Simmons shorts, plus they let more cool air blow into those "special" areas.
