Are you a biker or a motorcyclist.

Thats me in the avitar on the minibike. That was 41 years ago. I used this thing for going to school, ball practice, post office for dad, grocery store for mom, carrying buddies from point A to point B, taking little 8 year old cuties on rides (their daddy never new) year round, in all kinds of weather. I know of at least one set of new tires going on it while I rode it for 2 years. I guess that makes me a biker. No, wait...I don't own a dew rag or knuckless gloves...does that make me a motrocyclist....damn now I'm confused.

OK, here's my last spin on this one (I THINK?!?!?). Am I a biker or motorcyclist? First off, I've never asked myself that question. To the people who know me, I'm just (insert name here). I've been riding / owning HDs since 1979 when I was 21. Back then, starting out working different jobs, I mostly wore my jeans and black T's to work, running varius machines. Through the years, I've worked my way up the food chain, and actually dress in business attire (dress slacks, collar shirt...at the least no tie.). I've always loved riding, avg. well over 5k mi. a year on my bikes, with some years over 10k mi. I ride to work sometimes, ride durring the week, and most always ride on the weekends. I live in upstate NY, so 7-8 months out of the year, I'm up and running. I am 53 yrs old, I am divorced...and I live in a van down by the rrr...no wait a minute, sorry, got distracted there... Bottom line, who cares what other people label me, I know who I am and that's all that matters...I consider myself an enthusiest to the enth degree, and I grew up around the biker "lifestyle"...I'll leave it at that, oh, one more thing, I'll ride it until they tear my dead cold hands off the handlebars!
