Nope. That pic can't represent the Official Pirate Costume. He has a hat, the Official Pirate Costume requires a pirate-like doo rag.
I'm a Pirate-In-Training (see sig pic below)... I have my doo rag... but still workin' on the rest of my outfit. I'm hoping to find some of those temporary tattoos soon, as well as a bunch of patches an' stuff. Hey, if you're gonna' do this... might as well do it RIGHT... right? (I would rather my long locks showing instead of being stuffed under my doo-rag... but alas... they left me long ago. Now the doo-rag helps me avoid Lobster Head when the helmet is off.)
