Riding home after dark in the middle of nowhere a bull frog... huge ****... jumped into my path at 60mph. I could see him plain as day about 2-3 ft in the air right before the collision. let me tell you that frog pieces parts on a hot air cooled v-twin bake on very well. That sucked to clean off.

I have hit my share of birds. The worst was a large dove to the helmet at 90 or so on the rocket.

 

Been a while since I hit any motorcycle parts, years ago you had to be careful following Harleys.

 

Rolled over an oppossum (sp?) once, just a squishy bump. Much scarier was rolling over a busted up wooden pallet at night in heavy traffic -- thought sure I'd have at least one flat tire, but lucked out.

 

were they odd?

 

Had my buddies (who was riding in front of me) GF's halter top come off and wrap across my face....I almost crashed but my GF pulled it off. It was worth it at the next stop.

 

Narrowly missed a couch cushion, had a piece of rolled aluminum fly in front of the bike and ran over it. also had a big truck lug nut hit me in the knee at about 70, damn near left a mark.

 

now that you mention it...yes they were. so I guess it does count.

I hit 2, thats right, two big bags of Hamburger Buns!! My wife and I were
riding by a small lake around Labor Day a couple of years ago. I do not make
a habit of hitting things, but I saw what these were. The first bag I saw, I sped
up and headed right for it. My wife screamed, "what are you doing"? I said, "watch
this"!! Man, the hamburger buns went everywhere. She said, "I can't beleive you
did that!!" About that time, I saw the second bag of buns and I headed right
for them. Boy, did the buns go everywhere. She did not think it was the least
bit funny. It still kills me when I tell this tale. I just wish I could tell it as
FUNNY as it was at the time!!
