YOU call it 'human nature" .. I call it a lack of 'character'. I give men (at least some men) a little more credit than that. Not ALL men are cheaters! Some men (and for the record, I don't believe that this behavior is limited to just MEN either .. Women can be just as bad) are weak and become cheaters, some don't.
Some men/women will find some this a way to self indulge when they get pissed off, disappointed or just because they want to. They will succumb to temptation because they just don't have the scruples or the tenacity to fight it. Sometimes it's just a matter of very little self control, often associated with low self esteem ~ for instance. Then, on the other hand, some men/women actually meant those words they spoke when the made their vows (even while in the grips of temptation), and don't want to risk losing what means most to them .. their family .. and will make the effort to find a way to mend the problems of a troubled marriage.
This 'you made me do it' is not a REASON ... It's an excuse ... and a feeble one at that!

Well i bet Billy Lane would trade problems with Jesse James problems anyday. Billy is sitting in his cells thinking "Cry me a F**king river Jesse big deal your problem is you are getting P***y from models and an actress."

I thought these two had potential. They didn't seem to fit they typical temporary hollywood couple deal. But sure Jesse has tang thrown at him everywhere. Wife out of town, maybe marriage on the rocks, gets him a girlfriend.
