Default Kickin' myself!

Just stepped outside after eating lunch - it's about 70 degrees, not a cloud anywhere that I can see, light breeze out of the south @ maybe 5 mph, AND I DROVE THE F_ _ _ ING CAGE TO WORK THIS MORNING! I think I'm gonna have to be sick this afternoon.

I hate when that happens, I blame the weather dude! little story, my wife and I debated on riding or caging for some around town errands, it looked gloomy out and after bouncing it around a bit( in and out, looking at the sky) we decided on the bike, well needless to say, we got caught in a downpour, got home soaked, and laughed about it the rest of the day....

Don't feel bad......I drive a company truck. Getting a new F150 crew cab 4 X 4 today as a matter of fact. Nice perk but even though I get to use it for personal miles and work in an office I have to drive it in every day in case we need to send maint crew out for parts or some other emergency type run.

I get a LOT of beautiful days where I am at work and the scoot is at home. Count your blessings you have the option.

Yesterday, the sun was out and the temp was 36, I pulled the bike out and rode to work, and enjoyed riding home in the 50's. Send some of the 70's up here to NJ.... btw.. we still got some snow piles still melting....

Ya, I did the same thing Tuesday. It was sunny and 70 some and I didnt ride. Guys at work asked why and I said that it would have been too tempting to call off and just keep going. Spring fever kicking in big time! I have to admit that I missed the ride though.

I feel the OP's pain. I took the truck to work too as it was suppose to rain today and the road salt on the roads is heavy. Well, the sun shone gorgeous all day, not a drop fell. Better riding weather ahead and it's suppose to rain hard the next three days and that should take care of the salts.
