hmmm... dude didn't dig victorys so he sold his and went harley so they all spazz out an attack em, don't sound like a very good crowd.
i don't mind victory bikes, they're american and look pretty cool but for the sale price i'd just go custom chopper. i notice victory guys are office types that usually buy japcrap or eurotrash rides but victory guys are office nerds i actually like.. they keep american manufacturing going by buying american, so let em ride whatever the hell they want as long as its american.

Approx. 1,900 were made. They were a true production bike (i.e., engineered), unlike the resurected Indian. If you ever get around one, you'll be impressed with the quality and "feel". The styling is "love it" or "hate it", but it's definately unique and a distinctive evolution of the 1930's Excelsior.

It's was a true American-built bike and a valiant attempt to bring back part of American motorcycle history. There's a great book on the whole Excelsior-Henderson story that will make you appreciate the story behind the bikes.

A super EH community exists to keep these bikes going, and the members are as fanatical about their brand as any HD guys!

For some reason the Victory looks a bit too much plasticky, space agey for my taste, but to each their own.

I have several friends that ride Victory Motorcycles.. They rag on my HD.. I rag on their Victories.. It's all in fun, We ride together and I gotta say the Victories are decent bikes, and stock to stock, will usually outrun a Harley. That said I've been with HD since 1979.

The only one I don't care for is the vision. I'm just not that into that crazy space age looking bags and touring pack.

I don't care a heck of a whole lot for the looks of the Vision standard either. The guys that have them seem to love them though, and that's what matters I spose.

yeah , and if slow speed layover they won't fall over..

There is a victory gang that hits a biker bar we go to every so often.. They always try to win the slow race (has pretty good prizes). I give em hell but .. they give it right back. Just everyday people out having fun.

I have to agree with the statement.Add alcohol or very competative nature, and they can be very dangerous.
