Been using the starboard side since about 1962. Just started doing it that way and haven't had a reason to change. Kinda nice to find out I've been doing something right for all these years.

Yeah, if you aint got an lectrik foot, then you would indeed mount the ride on the starboard side. See'in that's where you're gonna B.

Don't you have this *** backwards?? It's not how you get on or off, it's how you ride that counts. There, now it looks better.

Yep me too. The motorsickle doesn't care and guess what...neither does a horse. Back in the day of kick starters you mounted from the right cause that's the side the kicker was on.

I've got a persistent hip pointer, so I usually get on left, and get off right - and watch for the pipes!

I have never felt so bad for all ya'll that have your bikes in storage, than to have to realize there is a 7 page thread discussing which side to get on and off the bike. I really hope there is something to this whole global warming thing for all your sakes!!
