Love my Schumacher. You know what they say-if Wal-Mart don't got it, you don't need it. And if I were Schu I would be wishin I was responsible, and had the paycheck to prove it.

Thought Schu might catch this. He has like 1000000 posts and I got a kick out of the charger being a Schumacher.

Starts with a Bang and goes out with a trickel hahaha....

 

Well...ain't happy with my schumaker....it's a 6/12 volt small warmer charger. Had it on bike for about a month when working on bike. Cold weather for MS....The little lite was happy...nice and green. Everything A-ok....until I went to start. Battery too low to start bike...just rattled the solenoid. I had to put a battery charger on it to start it.
Ordered a Battery Tender Jr. from JC Whitney for $30.99 plus shipping cuz I heard they were the best. Then I found 'em on ebay for $26.90 with free shipping..ha ha ha ha.
Anyway.....watch yer schumaker, it may be lieing to you !!!!!

Are you sure your cables are clean and tight? I know you jumped it off with a battery charger, and I was thinking maybe it was beefy enough amperage-wise to overcome a dirty or loose connection. If the light was green on the schumaker showing ok, the battery may be fine, but loosing just enough juice through the cables to rattle the solenoid. Just a thought...

 

My first Ex-Wife came home with the Crabs one time, but never a Schumacher...!!! Come to think of it, ever been to California Schu...???

 

Schu would be very glad to hear about his charges!!
