I wear one since many many years. My first was a gift from my brother, shortly after I left the Legion. It lasted me well over 15 years. Now, I've for one from my wife for my birthday in 08. Wouldn't want a different one, as I tend to leave things wherever I go.

My wife picked up one for my Grandson to give me for Christmas. When
we take our trips, which is often in warm weather, I can scoot my billfold
out of my pocket just by moving around on my seat. Often I will reach
back and feel if my billfold has moved up or still secure.
This particular HD billfold, I can remove the chain when not riding.
Best of both worlds.

The day my wife stops letting me pull the truck in our driveway is the day I stop going to pick up new furniture for her. I think!

I used to always wear a wallet chain in high school and for a while thereafter. I'm really into hard rock (punk, thrash / death metal) and have been to literally hundreds and hundreds of concerts. Always wore one so I wouldn't lose it in the mosh pit or while crowd surfing. Now I use a normal leather billfold because I have to carry my certificates on me at all times while working and chains don't fly at work. I would still wear one today if it was convenient, but I could see myself leaving my DL in one or the other if I were to try and swap back and forth for rides.

I never gave two ***** about what a poser is or if I was one because of a freaking chain. I'd be damned if I have to go through the hell of losing all of my important items in my wallet because of someone else's opinion of image.

I carry a trucker's wallet anytime I ride. Chain comes off the wallet for regular wear. Doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks.

+1 yup I have one. I took the chain off of it.. I don't like to ride or drive with wallet in my back pocket. Every since I broke my back it bothers me. I put the wallet in my front pockets, or vest, jacket pockets.

I like the size and the compartments/layout of the truckers wallet. I just don't need the chain, plus I don't like any wallet in my back pocket when sitting.

We used to call them chain drive wallets. I had my last one in 1970 - 72 or so.

Going to start wearing one again, wife got it for me for Christmas. I'll wear it because I know my wife and if I don't wear it, I'll never get another H-D gift. I use to wear one back in the 70's, but that's when I was wearing a ponytail also. But that's another story.

Well now, 4 trucks in 9 years. I'd consider a different manufacturer.
