Harley v Victory?

If you don't like the Harley's anymore, or want super-ultra-fast-dooper-power, get another brand bike!

READ THE OP (original posters) comments....It states basically HD needs to get with it or somebody (Victory) or another MC will come along and eat into HD profits...Yes the thread digressed by some into BASH HD BASH VICTORY...But if people will stay ON TOPIC here and quit moaning and bitching about the chest pounding MY BIKE IS BETTER THAN YOUR' CRAP this would be a VERY good discussion....

If ya don't like Harley anymore, go get the Victory whatever and quitcher whinin'. Geez...if Harley wanted to be like the friggin' metrics, or as you say "get with the times", then they wouldn't be Harley, they'd be, TA-DA.........another brand of bike! That's why if you don't like Harley, there's other bikes! You're not usin' that noggin' too well other than to **** and whine for no decent reason...along with all the others who are 'agreeing' with your opinions. It's so darn simple:
If you don't like the Harley's anymore, or want super-ultra-fast-dooper-power, get another brand bike!

So with your reasoning, you're sposed to sit and eat yer plate of mush, and n ever hope one day it might have sugar or something else on it.
If you guys are happy being sheep...more power to ya
Ye shall not chastise ye mighty Moco

Joe this is exacty why I asked the question - To me I found the quality of the bike superb but I know nothing about engines etc -
Ok some of the designs are a little "challanging" but maybe thats what makes them stand out - I do agree the "history" with HD will make it near impossible in my lifetime to see Victory side by side with HD in both service / sales / HOG chapters - But it is a good alternative if you are undecided and are an individual who maybe wants something different - On the power front lets be honest neither HD or V would be within spitting distance of say a Ducatti - But we dont but these bikes for this reason - some for style - some for posing - some for touring - some for Sunday riding -
HD has the history and like all major coperations that are market leaders in their fields there will always be second runners / Riceburner copies -/ German ***** etc
