Most MC's have bylaws and protocol. Some adhere to the rules. Most have a lot of favoritism, conflict of interest and fight over whose in charge.

I don't know if real MCs do, but those "riding clubs" surely do. It's funny in a way.

Stop watching TV. That was the worst and most uninformed generalization I have seen in a long time.
