Thanks, I hadn't heard of some of these. Time for an amazon order...

One thing I got a chuckle out of -- in "Run Angel Run," the "motorcycle gang" that Angel "sells out" is called the Devils Advocates. Their colors are red and white, three piece patch. I guess that gives a little insight into the humor the filmmakers had in mind.

Off to amazon....

Here's an Australian classic from 1974, "Stone", I'm sure you americans have never seen or heard of it. It is a cult classic in Oz, The MC rides Kwaka 9's

I liked Born Losers and all the Billy Jack movies. Great action. Not good portrayal of bikers, but some nice scenes.

One of the best bike movies I've seen is "The Worlds Fastest Indian". Cool movie about an Austrailian bringing his old Indian to the Salt Lake flats to set a new land speed motorcycle record. Starts Anthony Hopkins. Rent it if you can find it and make a copy for future viewing.

My favorite "biker" movies of all time still has to be those two Clint Eastwood movies with The Black Widows MC in them!

seen some of those movies... pretty cheesey in general... playing on the "baaad biker" image of the 60s-70s, even when in a lot of the movies the "bikers" are riding japanese dirt bikes and Honda "scramblers"!!... haha.

lotsa 60's "don't be a square, man" dialogue...

The Black Widows of Pacoima? They're bad dudes! I love it when Philo Bedoe's Mom takes the 12 gauge shotgun to the Widows livery.
