It brings to mind the supposeable rules about official Harley gear (think t-shirts) that have to be from the MoCo...so how do Chinese made products come to bear the name, without a large lawsuit at hand?

I think Harley files it under, ''who gives a ****?''....As long as the dealers still fill their collective pockets, (and they do!).........I don't think it's worth the bother to be honest.....

Meh...I bought a "3-piece H-D patch" set off of flea-bay and put them on my jacket, have been around a few clubs with it on (Both 1% and non), and no one has said a thing to me about it.
I made a H-D jacket out of my Wilsons leathers jacket with patches from the dealer and flea-bay, and I get more comments about the jacket it's self than than anything. Most ask me where I got it because they have never seen that style in their local H-D dealership...lol

Had a black leather coat given to me, added my our patches, HD and others. No problems in 3 years and 10,000 miles. Wear the damn coat.

It's Lame. Probably made in China. The Bar, Shield and Name are all copyrighted. The reason it was hard to find is because the MoCo chases these suckers down and stomps them out. Rightfully so.

Yeah, By the homeless guy that spent the night with your bike or whatever he left behind in the tent.
