I have a buddy kind of like that. Went out and bought a new bike. I saw him a couple of weeks later and asked about it. He said he had to sell it and I asked why. He said that when his wife said ..."do whatever the fu(k you want to do , did not mean that I can do it.

 

There are extremes both ways. If I'm spending more than a couple hundred bucks I run it by the wife. It has saved me a few times when she said "sure go ahead, but remember we have XXXXXXX coming up this month."

 

I didn't have that problem, My wife picked out my Ninja and then 9 months later said I needed a bigger bike, so we went and found my Sportster on sale. Though later I got her a TW200 to learn on.
