Softails get hot too. Sometimes it feels like someone took a bic lighter to your inner thigh.
There is a Vendor on this Forum that sells stuff. No More Fried Thighs. Could not afford the high price of these, but they look really .
or the HD Dealership has Saddle shields they work pretty good. I put these on my bike after walking it for miles through Sturgis.

You might wanna re-phrase that. My neighbor calls her's "Hail Damage", but then again, she has a butt so big that she has a sidecar, and rides sidesaddle.

This is what amazes me that folks find pleasure in riding in shorts. My inner thigh heated up plenty, especially during the heat waves we had this summer. I found it funny watching guys in shorts looking bow legged while they ride. Never felt any heat under my butt from the oil bag though, then again, I'm on a DELUXE!!!
