After reading here of the death of Mark Guardado, leader of the San Francisco chapter of the Hells Angels, a question about the shooter came to mind...What was it like for him when the rest of his club found out about the deed? Did he immediately ascend to some sort of Godlike status? Gold plated street glide and free beer for life? I'm assuming that some sort of detente existed between the two organizations that did not provide for the killing of the leader of the opposite group. I suppose what I'm asking is what are the ramifications for the actions of a club member that are not outside of the THEORETICAL, but DEFINITELY outside of the EXPECTED? Was he Canonized, or Chastised?

Sorry...I was going to just ask if the guys at the clubhouse all cheered and voted the guy "Sargent at ARMs" for life, hooting and hollering and buying rounds way into the night, or did they beat the chit outta the guy for bringing the chitstorm on? But, given the gravity of the situation I figured using the BIG words might be a tad more "tactful"

 

There is no way to tell what went down here.. clubs won't talk. News is speculation at best.. could've been a sanctioned hit (these two clubs have been going at it for years). Or just a bar fight that broke out like the news said. Who knows?

 

Other than pure speculation, who knows, outside a very few in the club involved? Club business is club business. We'll never know.
