I walk into my dealer and get, "Hi!, (Place my name here)", and a hug from the sales girl. And the guys in service and at the parts counter point at me and say, "hey!" or "what's up?" or something. And I haven't even spent very much money there. Ya just gotta find a dealer with an owner who has the wherewithall to hire the right kind of crew. These guys love to ride and love others who do also. They can tell who we are.

Find a good dealer, then go back to the crappy one and pull this stunt and then never go back. They won't learn anything from it but it would be fun.

I tried that "reverse bait and switch" and left the dealership with a new 07 Ultra. I AIN'T ever-never gonna do that again.

So, basically, you just go in and lie to them. Got it!

Naw Fireman....I bought mine at J & E in Winterville (right there at Greenville). Those folks know how to treat you...or did. Shelton's was gonna add $2,000 to the purchase price for "extra chrome stuff". That won't gonna happen. J & E sold at MSRP, threw in the first oil change and gave me 10% off anything that I bought at their store for the next 2 years. All that added up to me signing the dotted line. I baited'em just right!!!

Now I go to Shelton's in Goldsboro for service work that I can't do. Those guys have done me right so far.
