I used to NOT drag my feet a little bit when taking off... but then over the years and years and years of riding that I did I started to get more and more comfortable and skilled at riding and then realized I didn't have to ****** my feet up immediately and put them on the pegs in order to keep my balance and keep from busting my ***. So I think that people who do NOT drag their feet a little are just newbies and are not comfortable on their bikes. They HAVE to put their feet on their pegs right away or they'll wobble back and forth and dump their bike on the street because they lose stability without putting weight on the pegs and they need all the help they can get. That's what I think. Dang whippersnapper squids not knowing how to ride a bike worth a durn having to immediately pull their feet up out of FEAR of dumping their bike. Because they are SCARED. And yeah, those people SHOULD pull their feet up right away because they probably WOULD break their foot or ankle or whatever because they do not have the SKILL required to drag their feet a few seconds taking off.
I feel better now.

LMAO!! Actually, I like to mix it up a little... maybe I'll drag 'em, maybe not... maybe drag just one foot, then the next stop, drag my hands..... you know, keep it fresh

You're not alone. I feel the same way at times. Just provides clear evidence that the rider is inexperienced or has developed bad habits. Try not to let it get to you. No doubt you're a much better rider than them, which is why you notice it.

Any one old enough to remember Brother Dave Gardner and The Motorcycle Story? Maybe he was trying to be like Chuck. With half moon taps on his boot heels. Make the sparks fly.

What a frickin joke!!!! Pay attention to your own riding, leave the rest alone. They can do as they like! it is america!!!

Your probally one of them posers that make fun of chaps or fingerless gloves??? Oh no I see you are wearing you chaps, maybe we should all go to a riding school you teach so we all know how you want us to ride our bikes.

Jerkoff!!!!
