If you watch it carefully and note how many times it turns in a minute, that's counter-clockwise.

the answer to your question is 47.28986346 divided by the square root of the diameter of the sun, minus your tire pressure, times your current distance from milwaukee... i thought everyone knew this!?!?!

It definitely depends on your direction of travel and whether you are above or below the equator.
