My nephew who is 16 rides around his neighborhood on a little motor bike, and I mean little. he gives "The Wave" to all the motocycles he passes and most wave back. He thinks that is the greatest think, makes him feel like a "BIKER", No he's not retarded, he just love riding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The boy understands the feelin' at 16, Go for it Cody!!!!!!!!!!!
