Ahh, a stupid carb problem. 
I rebuilt it last week but forgot to set the float. 
I did that Saturday morning and have been riding ever since. Don't forget folks, (well you guys that still have a cv carb), bend the float tab so the float rest's at .725-.730" !! But that's only on a 18 year old bike. Your results may vary.......
