Winchester model 94 in 30-30 is fun to shoot. Not big on range but really packs a wallop.

The 94 is the classic whitetail brush gun.

Yup... cleaned mine up some, the father-in-law give it to me many years ago has a serial number like 1888... sumtin like that, prawbley bought after WWII.

Would be a great rifle with one of today's red dot scopes for quick target acquisition...though the iron sights did just fine for that too.
