I still had two insurances when I got my last one, which was my left shoulder. Torn rotator-cuff. Shot or cut/rehab/etc. I went with the shot and don't try to throw things!

Ligaments I'm thinking. On the inside of the elbow. The arm moves without hurting, but try to open or close a door it it barks at me real loud!
