Yeah...posed ta be nice all week...Joe iz off on Thursday...I gotta go to 2 Vets Day things ...one at each of the grandaughters schools...They should be all done by 10-1030

The MacArthur Museum was totally cool. Lots of great info, from the Aussie side of things. I was there after closing and the guy let me sit at Dougie's desk and everything! He even gave me a bunch of postcards for free. He wouldn't take my money, simply because I was a Yank. Needless to say, it was a fantastic experience!

I've managed to talk to a number of people so far. Their view of America as a country is still good, but the view of our foreign policy is not good. Who would have thought that!? It is a bad deal when one of staunch allies has such a dim view of that. It is one thing, too, to read things in the paper, but totally another when you hear these things face to face. Sucks.
