So, how does that center vent work? Does it open and close, or what? 14.5" means you're looking through it, I guess. Only bothered me on my stock shield when it was really nasty dirty!

I have a cheap Nextar and a Garmin Nuvi something-or-another. They both do their job well enough. The Garmin has a better screen. I'm still into maps, and mainly just use the GPS to help me through cities and to particular addresses. I do not put my full trust in the darn things! They're great for finding food, lodging, and repair facilities. Worth having just for that stuff. Make sure to carry a baggie to put it in when you guide your buddies right in to the rain and hail!!

Since it rained all day, I spent the day adding music to my playlist. Listened to a lot of good music while picking tunes out!!

Be careful on the way home, Ken! Lots of idiots between you and there. Same goes to you when you get tired of listening to people speak funny, doc!!

Hail sux! Got caught in some last year north of Nederland. A bolt of lightening cracked over me
and darn near knocked me off the bike.
