She's a good rider, but nervous about canning up my new bike. She has no problem riding the Valkyrie. I think she'll find the FXD a real hoot. Probably end up getting her one.

well not sure where to go with this comment so I am going to try the PG route, they don't salt the roads in this part of the world they sand it so I don't have to worry about rust just killin myself on the sand....I think I need to go defend my honor on the assless chap site, some tool is making a comment about granny asses...be back
Sand, chat, cinders, and even salt can be pretty scary. I've had several pucker moments this winter. And, that's when I'm already taking it easy.
They use mag chloride here....sticky stuff,, and slick for two wheeled vehicles. Supposed to be less corrosive, but it is gummy and is more difficult to rinse off the bike.
