You mean like the ones at the top of a parking row, often around a light post?

I don't think it's technically legal, but I park there all the time, and so do most of the guys I know...store personnel have never said anything, and I've done it in front of a bunch of LEO's, no problems...

The ones near the handicap spaces can be for clearance for someones wheel chair ramp so don't park there. The ones at the end of a row of spaces are all right but that's where all the soccer moms are making harried turns in their big SUVs so there's that danger . . .

While texting, adjusting the Ipod, yelling at the kids, and putting on make up. No wonder our insurance is so high.
