)You should just be able to browse it from your desktop and use the paper clip icon above to attach it as an attachment. Most of use a photo hosting website like photobucket and upload our photos to there fore sharing. You just copy the "direct link" url and then use the yellow mountain range icon above; click on it and it will open a new window where you paste that "direct link" url into and that will put your photo into your post. You will need to have gone in and to your user options and selected the advanced options for this to work though. Hope this helps.

Try putting it on one of the free picture hosting sites and from there you can hot link to it.
