the way i understand this year. is that you will get a little more out of your pay check. last i heard it won't be a lump sum like last year. which if this right kinda suck's to do anything with a few dollar's a pay check you got to try and save. if you want more than the few dollar's will get ya.myself i want the lump some made road trip's easier.
