I haven't worked since last year, and then I was only a part-time marketing rep. Thank God I have very little debt (other than student loans) and some savings.

 

Set up retirement plans just prior to everything turning to crap and retired in Dec. Figured I would wait until the end of Feb to find job and live off severance pay. Wife started having medical problems 4 days after retiring and draining funds fairly quickly right now but she is getting better now. If I had a crystal ball I would have waited another year but as we all know sometimes you have to cut your losses and go, it all works out in the end. Good luck to all and Ride safe. Sage

 

im a railroader here in the midwest so far im still working ( I have 20 years of seniority) but we have kaid off close to 300 here in KC alone
